I just received a very helpful comment about the SunSplash Tanning System from what appears to be a Mercola.com customer service person:
If you have the time, let you Sunsplash lamps warm up for 5-10 minutes before you tan. This will improve the performance. Also make sure that you are only 6 inches away from the grid as the further you are the lamp output diminishes significantly.
I will definitely start using those tips.
